Unlimited Telephone and Remote Support of your Desktop Operating systems & Application. Logical Micro has been supporting customers for over 32 years, 95% of issues can be resolved remotely.  We aim to respond to your support request within 1 hour, during normal Business hours. We also offer out-of-hours and on-site service should you need it.

from £ 7.50 per month [that’s less than 25p per day]

As Virtual Engineer but with included On-Site option. If your issue cannot be rectified remotely we will send an engineer on-site to deal with the issue.

from £ 10 per month [that’s less 34p per day]

If you have a in-house File Server you will need this option. Unlimited On-Site Service is included.

from £ 39 per month [that’s just £ 1.30 per day]

We offer a whole range of Services including Internet Backup, Remote Monitoring, Remote Desktop Support, On-Site Server Service with or without a File Server.
