  • Call Logging: We ensure prompt response with our best endeavor pledge for same-day call return, usually within the hour.

Non-Contract Support

If you opt not to enroll in our software support contract, we offer flexible options to cater to your needs. Logical Micro is pleased to extend adhoc support services to non-contract customers. Please note that all support calls for non-contract customers are chargeable at our standard rates. While we strive to provide prompt assistance to all our customers, we cannot guarantee a specific response time for non-contract customers.
